COMO Shambhala gift certificates can only be redeemed at COMO Shambhala The Treasury Gift certificates are redeemable on all our treatments, as well as our range of products.
You can choose any amount to load on your gift card, from $100 to $20,000, in the form of a gift certificate that can be posted out or collected in the buildings via ‘click & collect’.
COMO Shambhala gift certificates are not partially-redeemable. Gift certificates purchased after November 1 2019 are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

State Buildings utilises delivery options including Australia Post and other trusted postage services. Delivery charges are calculated at the shopping cart once items are added.
Delivery usually takes 2-4 days for express delivery and up to 7 days for standard delivery within the Perth Metropolitan area (up to 10 business days for WA country, rural locations).
Click and Collect
Click and Collect is available in Western Australia. Our premise is located at COMO The Treasury – 1 Cathedral Avenue, Perth. Orders are available for pickup from 9am on the next business day if your order is placed by 12 noon. If an order is placed after 12 noon, the order will be delayed to the subsequent business day. Orders to be collected on Monday mornings will only be available from 11am.

COMO Shambhala gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift certificates also cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or used for payment at non-participating venues or retailers.
