UPDATED COVID-19 INFORMATION FROM AUSTRALIA POST
Further, to minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels – be it at a post office or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection.
In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, an Australia Post staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf.
The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.
State Buildings utilises delivery options including Australia Post and other trusted postage services. For parcels, a signature will be required at time of delivery and must be signed by someone living at the address. Once dispatched, you will receive confirmation of the chosen delivery service and a tracking number via email.
Please note the suggested delivery times are guidelines only and we are not responsible for any unforeseen delays in delivery by Australia Post. All products are packaged with care to ensure they arrive unharmed.

Click and Collect
Click and Collect for online orders is available in Western Australia only. Our premise is located at COMO The Treasury – 1 Cathedral Avenue, Perth. Orders are available for pickup from 9am on the next business day if your order is placed by 12 noon. If an order is placed after 12 noon, the order will be delayed to the subsequent business day for processing. Orders placed after 12noon on Friday will be available for collection on Monday mornings from 11am. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order is ready for collection. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED
If the product(s) ordered are in stock, they will usually be sent on the next available business day when ordered by 12noon daily. In certain circumstances products may dispatch within 1-2 business days. Products that are not in stock will generally not appear online, however, should this occur, we will be able to source within 2-5 working days from our suppliers and send out once received. If you order contains products with different availabilities, your order will be shipped when all products are available.
