COMO The Treasury gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for another gift card.

Terms and Conditions

1. Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
2. Card must be treated like cash.
3. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
4. Cards purchased after November 22 2021 are redeemable for goods or services at participating venues only  – COMO The Treasury, Wildflower, Cape Arid Rooms, Post, Pooles Temple, Long Chim, Wine Merchant, Petition, Beer Corner and SHOP 1875.
5. Certificates purchased before November 22 2021 are redeemable for goods or services at participating venues only and the full amount must be used in each outlet on redemption – COMO The Treasury, COMO Shambhala Urban Escape, Wildflower, Post and Cape Arid Rooms.
6. Gift cards are NOT refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment at non-participating retailers.
7. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
8. Cards must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card.
9. Card will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date, including partial balances.
10. Cash or second voucher will not be given for any unused balance.
11. Gift cards cannot be used for any functions, wedding or events at the State Buildings.
12. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
13. COMO The Treasury gift cards cannot be redeemed for event tickets on external ticketing platforms.
14. If your purchase exceeds available balance on card, you must make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
15. You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
16. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.
17. Please contact our reservations team if you have any reason to believe an error has occurred in relation to your card.
